Stolen from various sketchbooks and notebooks. I'm so unorganized about where I choose to draw that it's sometimes a decade before I find all the work that went into each year. Anyway, here goes!
2014
Drawn during a fiction workshop. Fine point Sharpie and ballpoint blue pen,
My favorite pool players from my favorite pool tournament. I got out first round, so I had plenty of time to draw everyone. Bar pen.
I drew this during down time at work and kind of freaked myself out. Ballpoint pen.
Mer-bull-chimp? I don't know. Ballpoint pen.
Ballpoint pen
I was commissioned to draw a bunch of illustrations for a webinar. This one's prompt was "stand out in a crowd." They ended up not going with it, so now it lives here! Photoshop CS6 using a Wacom Intuos 4 tablet.
I work for a college writing center and they were designing pamphlets. This one was for making a thesis, and they wanted to talk about narrowing your scope. So I drew a sloth holding a telescope. My reign as illustrator was short. Painted on Photoshop.
Thesis checklist for the same illustrating project. Photoshop and tablet.
Another fiction class drawing; ballpoint pen.
I drew this because I was DD for a party and getting kind of bored.
Summer 2014. This was the group of people I worked with at the Writing Center over the summer. Arwen and Gandalf are my bosses. I'm Pippin in the corner. Pencil.
Unfinished final. I hate posting unfinished work, but it's pretty unlikely I'll ever get back to this. Photoshop CS6 and tablet.
